Overall Feedback:

These people just can't seem to get it right. They are more interested in getting your money than to fulfill the clients requests. My postcards were sent out a week earlier than requested which happened to be while the office was closed and phones were not answered. When I brought the blunder to their attention, they made no offer to correct the situation. That is 3k down the drain. Steer clear of this slipper company.
