Client Review on IMAGING WORLD LTD
Feedback:
Poor customer service, poor quality for the prices, poor communication, and completely unreliability. Read on if you want to know my experience. Ordered $200 worth of gear on 3/29. That was 7 items. We were promised it would all be ready week of 4/22. So after not hearing anything or any issues I called them that week and was told the machine was down the week before so got a little behind but still trying to get done prior to 4/26 which is when I absolutely needed them. Red flag that maybe you shouldn’t have started the stuff a week before they’re due when they had the order for a month. Anyways I said call me and let me know the status. The deadline came and no word. I called the morning of the deadline and was told there were some back orders on my 2 jackets. We had made other calls prior to this and it was always some excuse and the girl I talked to was even told to basically just make up excuses. So Friday I was at my event without my gear and was told the only way to get it was to drive to River Falls. All of it was done except the back ordered jackets. I wasn’t going to leave and go get it. Monday after deadline I call to see the status on the back order and they had no idea. But they told me the complete rest of my order was ready in Hudson! It was in Hudson on Friday when I had called and they said it wasn’t. What?! I told them to forget the jackets and said to give me a refund on them. They agreed that was ok. On the following Wednesday I called because I hadn’t gotten an email on the refund and she said well actually we aren’t going to give you a refund only store credit. Well I was extremely frustrated at this point. Well anyways after a long conversation she agreed to give me the refund and the refund on all the other items but I could still go pick up all the gear. When I had talked to them a couple times they were at the office in the morning so Friday morning I went into town (I live 25 min from Hudson) to pick up stuff. I then realized online says they don’t open until 12 so I thought that was odd. I tried calling a few times and no order and hours on the voicemail said 12. So I drove home. I called at 12 to say someone else will be picking up the stuff for me and they said oh someone was at the store in the morning! Anyways the stuff was picked up and all I got was 3 items out of my original order of 8! Yes I was getting refund on it all but still I was told it was all done and I was entitled to it all. I will edit this if possible if anything comes up in regards to my refund. Through it all some people have been really nice and some not so much. The stuff we did get was very cheap quality.
