HORRIBLE!!! I first went into the shop to have some small mailing-postcards and envelopes printed. It took over 4 weeks to complete! I submitted my order online and asked please let me know a quote and when my items can be expected to be completed. I did receive a quote but no time-frame, so I assumed I would refollow-up in a week. After trying to follow-up - 4 WEEKS LATER - I was told they were completed! Wow - long time for a simple black and white job - but thought maybe it was just a busy season, whatever. Price seemed ok-ish, so thought I'd give another shot. Second time, I go back HUGE MISTAKE - I submitted my order which is for an event (as in it has a deadline when it needs to be mailed!) and 4 WEEKS LATER I am told me ORDER WAS LOST!!!!! And can I please re-submit everything, and they will bump it up yadda yadda. A week later (going on WEEK 6) still NO ORDER!!! The shop never offered any discount, or follow-up except once. My suggestion to the shop: GET ORGANIZED! As a business you are supposed to be a professional at your service/product - that means keeping track of orders, customer service, follow-up, etc. NONE of this was received. No wonder people choose to drive 10 miles out of the way to go a Staples or Office Max - at least they don't lose orders!!!! Unless you have time to WASTE, and essentially don't care if your order doesn't get done ever - DO NOT GO HERE! I would like to say that I gave this shop multiple opportunities to rectify their actions (or lack of) prior to posting this! I prefer to use small business shops whenever possible because I like to support families and my local community - however, now I can understand why so many small business fold, and especially during the recent economic issues customers cannot afford to have their TIME WASTED! This is exactly what happened to me!
