If I could leave less than one star I would! I spoke with Neil about my needs and had the WORST customer service interaction I have ever had any where in my life. I needed some promotional items for a few companies that I represent and Neil was very ABRUPT and CUT-ME-OFF several time before I could explain my needs. He was more concerned with telling me how long he had been in business, and CRITICAL about the request of my customers. He did talk at length about refrigerator magnets which would have been fine if that's what my customers wanted. He assured me that he would follow up after I sent him an email but I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE after sending two. I went back in to speak we Neil two days later and received EVEN WORST SERVICE, "If that's possible..." Every time I meet a person like this running a business think if I treated even one of my customers this way I would be OUT OF BUSINESS in a matter of weeks.
