I just ordered a product that was a downloadable set of instructions. I followed the link and set up an account, then it said no orders on que, no orders on file, and most recent activity was actually listed as another item other than the one I just purchased. Fluck this place! 0 stars should be an option.

Despite having some pretty cool stuff on their site, I will not be ordering from this company ever again. I wasnt notified that there were 80+ orders for the same thing backordered when I placed my order. My emails were ignored when I tried to contact them after 2 weeks of no updates regarding my order. I was lied to on the phone by someone claiming the parts were arriving that day and would be shipped out immediately when in fact they didnt arrive for more than a week later. After more than a month, my product finally arrived and these people offered me a $5 discount if I spent more than $25 on my next order. Thanks, but no thanks.
