I’ve made copies at this location before, yet this time was an unpleasant experience. After waiting to receive service, since the other worker wasn’t trained to help, I was berated with questions of how she needs to be able to find my files on a jump drive. If she would’ve taken a moment to stop talking and listen to my needs, she could have heard what I needed printed and where to find them. Her disrespectful tone and her disposition of me putting her out the way made it quite clear that it’s best to go to Staples and either do it yourself or speak with someone who’s more tech savvy. It’s worth the extra .10 to be spoken to as a valued customer.

Amazing service! Super responsive, friendly and on point with their marketing materials. Fast turn around time. Put out a bid for some signage work and had a response within a couple of hours with a price I couldn't beat. Highly recommend!

Knowledgeable, friendly, flexible, and wants to serve the customer. I took a pdf file in with a confusing layout. They quickly fixed all the issues and gave me beautiful booklets back.

These folks are phenomenal! I was absolutely amazed at the excellent job they did in scanning a vintage album and printing a new version. Beautiful job. They also scanned an album of pictures of my mother's preschool which I wanted a record of as I was donating it. Great job on making copies of an old newspaper that looks like the original. And, they are funny and nice.
