I recently purchased a truck and went to ICNE to insure it however, I had no idea that there was a major issue with my title. The team at ICNE came together to discuss the best approach to rectifying the issue. In the end they came up with a solution and my truck was ready for me to drive the very next day! At ICNE they truly make you feel the you are important as a customer and as a team they go above and beyond the call of duty. I thank Gwen, Shyla and Rich for turning my difficult situation around. If customer service is important to you like it is me this is the insurance company for you. Oh yes, and I forgot to mention I also saved over 400.00 by switching my policy to ICNE. Thank you ICNE!

Home, multiple vehicle policies , business policies . Reviewing my coverage, and getting me all the discounts I’m eligible for. Update:Insurance Center reached out to me to resolve the issues I had, and mostly, they did resolve them, They promised to call me back in a few days with a review of my coverage, and they did!An agent went over all my coverage with a fine tooth comb, and found my about $400 in yearly savings, without sacrificing coverage, and I really appreciated the time, one of my complaints was "why do I need an insurance agent?"well because they found places where I had coverage or deductibles that didn't make sense for me, and adjusted them, and that saved me $$ Thank you for bringing back the personal service that I originally went to you for.I drove an hour to pick up claim checks here, when I asked to use the rest room, I was told "We have no public restroom" When I explained that I had an hour drive back the receptionist told me "I can't do anything for you, our restroom is through the computer room, and I would get in trouble if I let you in there" This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I used to live in the area, but kept our insurance through insurance center when we moved about an hour away. They used to be much nicer here. I will be taking my 5 policies elsewhere.

I used to like it more when we worked more out of our local office then by phone and computer with distance offices I'd rather stop in and get the personal service that we used to I'm try my best to go in and get things done that way sometimes progress isn't progress
