If I could, I would give them a 0 I would. Trying to book a house, they are now using Vacasa for vacation rentals. I found the house that met my families needs yesterday, received an email that the house was available, called Vacasa spoke to a representative confirmed house was available. Went to book the house and it was not available, less than one hour in the above transaction. Called back they stated "oh no it must be a glitch, its available". Unable to rent the house I called back it was 6:00 PM EST and was only able to leave a message. Concerned I replied to the email sent and received a phone call that we are sorry but the house was booked as of last month!!! WHAT!!! Please do not use Vacasa! Go with a vacation rental agency that does not outsource their rentals to third parties..
