Feedback:
The worst insurance agent at the worst company. This lady will make changes to your policy without your permission, then lie to you to prevent you from filing reports with the insurance board. She constantly gave me the run around when I was in an accident with another state farm customer and caused both of us to incur unnecessary bills. Her lack of knowledge, her willingness to defraud customers, her disregard of insurance laws has led to several complaints being filed. She will spend hours on the phone with you and tell you things were done when they were not, it's amazing how incompetent this lady is while retaining her job. Which leads me to believe that this is a State Farm standard. I would have came out of the accident in a better financial standing if I was not insured at all.
