Wow, what a great agent and State Farm is the best I've been with Janet and State Farm for more than 25 years. I've had a few bad accidents during those years. The first one was 18 years ago when I was rear ended by a speeding driver on the interstate. The next day it was declared a total. State Farm told me to go back to the dealer and pick out the truck I wanted. I upgraded to a bigger truck and my monthly payments went down by $100/ month. The second one was when another speeding driver crossed the center line hitting me head on , rolling my jeep 3 times. Janet and State Farm took care of everything in no time using my uninsured part of my policy. The last one was recent. I was approaching an intersection at night right after a heavy down pour. The light was green However a dark colored car with its lights off never moved. I finally saw it about 3 car lengths away and slammed my brakes. It was like I was on ice and though I was driving between 30 and 35 MPH, I barely slowed down and skidded into the car. The car drove to the next intersection where there was a red light with cars waiting for the green. Again my car was totalled. Less than a week and I was paid for my car so I could get a replacement. Janet Fernandez Agency and State Farm are the best!
