Concierto Resorts has been associated closely Jaw Drop Marketing since 2015. I had a fateful chance introduction to Jaw Drop's Astrid Vanderlee at a social function in Mexico where we discussed our professional lives and were delighted to discover that we had many mutual interests including a love of Mexico. I was intrigued to find that she owned a property in Colima. Once we returned to Canada our team met with her and husband Jack to discuss their company, Mexico, areas of mutual interest and our families. The project was not to immediate focus. Ultimately we wished to dig deeper and gain some insight into how they would approach the branding of our company and the design of our long-term marketing strategy. Jack and Astrid listened and carefully noted our vision, objectives and goals for the project and indicated that they would require one month to do the research to provide us with an accurate view of our positioning in this highly competitive market.One decisive aspect we have admired about them is that they tell you what will work and what will not with clear evidence of both. They have no interest in simply satisfying the client. They want us to succeed! We very much liked what Jaw Drop presented to us about the results of the market research, website development, target markets, marketing approach and more! The "more," that was strongly advocated by Jaw Drop was strong community activism and this has resulted in being the key to our company's approach to the development of this resort community in Mexico. Jaw drop is an amazing marketing company with a variety of excellent staff that bring bright ideas to any business plan. They take the time to listen, they give their expertise and then execute perfectly. I've had the pleasure of working for a company that uses them and we've become very successful. Not only are they amazing in the beginning stages, we're almost 3 years in and they are still actively involved in the continued growth process on a monthly basis. I have been using Jack and his team and JDM for over 5 years. The reason I chose them is because they do not think, create, strategize, and process things like your "typical" marketing company.
