Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Getting in touch with the representatives here is a challenge, they seldom answer their phone and will not return calls. They made changes to my police increasing my premium and will not fix it. Stay away from this office, you'll regret it if you don't

I came here to get insurance because I was getting off my dad's plan. I had a perfect driving record without a single ticket. The only bad thing on my record was a no fault accident and they wouldn't give me insurance because of that. Allstate gave me insurance right away for the same price and the same coverage.
