DO NOT purchase auto insurance from this office. I cannot speak to State Farm as a company because luckily I've never had to file a claim. However, from the beginning of my policy, this office has said one thing and done another. When I was charged more than I was promised when I set up, it took two weeks to get a hold of someone to resolve it. When I cancelled the policy, they still charged me. I am now battling with them to get my money back because after getting a hold of them after two days, I was promised a full refund and now they are claiming reasons why they cannot. The communication within this office is extremely poor, the customer service is terrible, they will tell you anything to get you in the door and then make it impossible to leave. The owner, Jeff Ninness laughed while on the phone over my concerns. Go somewhere else.
