For more than 20 years, my State Farm agent was Annette Haverly. She has retired and my policies were transferred to Sara Cancellare. I was never notified that the location on North Mesa was closed and my account was transferred to the Horizon office on Eastlake. Payments have been deducted from my account every month. Just realized today, I have been paying my auto and home insurance to her office and NO proof that I'm insured. I tried reaching the Horizon office which closes by 5pm. Made several attempts, gave up by 4:30pm. I called the State Farm office on North Zaragoza across from Walmart. The young lady assisted me and didn't hang up until I received via email a copy of the auto and home insurance. I will be transferring my account to the State Farm office on North Zaragoza that exemplifies the customer service I have come to expect from State Farm on Monday. I want to assign a ZERO Star, lowest I can assign is one star.

DO NOT GET STATE FARM. They wait you out until paying when you finally don't need it.
