Client Review on State Farm
Feedback:
My husband and I have been happy State Farm customers for close to 8 years, 3 different agents over the years due to relocation to different states. With that said, this is by far the worst agent we've had. Over a million dollars in policies(not that it should matter) and I call on Friday 10 minutes prior to closing and I'm greeted with "It's 10 minutes 'til 5 and we are closing, I will not be able to help you until Monday." Not a "Thank you for your continued business and we'd be happy to help you on Monday." Just like momma said: it's not what you say but how you say it. One would think I would receive a call back on Monday,Tuesday or latest Wednesday of the following week. No, not a call or any type of communication to follow up. Our past agents called several times a year to just check in and made themselves readily available should the need arise. In summary, if you're like me and looking to support as many local business as you can sadly this isn't one where you are a valued patron; which is especially sad in a small town like China Grove.
