I had a car accident and it was my first one. Within the same day, an agent called me to ask about how I was and my claim information. He was really helpful. A couple of days later, a local one called me to see how everything was going. While they are nice, caring, and non-accusing, there was some miscommunication problems.I was told in the mail I would receive some forms. Apparently they didn't come. So they tried email, which they didn't come. In the wnd we had to go to the office. She helped us get settled on the forms.In the end I received my check. Overall, for the money paid, I highly recommend them for total coverage. However, when it comes to forms, it's for the best to do that in person and come here.
