I had an excellent experience with this agency. Michael Theisen was very consistent and followed up with me as promised, a year or so after my initial quote, with some possible savings. He was very helpful in helping to select the coverage that would best fit my unique situation and couldn't have been more professional. I will definitely be referring friends and family in the future!

Every time something has gone wrong, Jessica Thompson's agency has been there to help. Everyone in the office is extremely kind. I never feel like I'm taking up their precious time; instead I feel like an important customer.

I have had the pleasure of doing bussiness with Jessica and her wonderful staff. They are always kind and helpful. It is not a time when I called that I didnt receive top notch help. If you are looking for Insurance I reccommend Jessica Thompson and her office. When I first started with State Farm the Insurance Agent came to my home.(MP) sat for a hour and half to help us understand our policy. I have called thee office serveral times to make payments or just ask question, everyone I have encountered has been very professional and quite charming. Last but not least Mike is the guy to call when you need to add a second car, very wonderful guy. He took his time and found me the best rate out there. Thanks 1 million x1 million...Customer for Life.

Jessica Thompson State Farm Agency has the best customer service ever! Starting with Mike Thiesen who came to my house and explained State Farm products in detail which convinced me to switch to their agency to the friendly, kind Shanell Ruter who always does little favors I ask her to do on my behalf - like check coverage, calculate annual premiums, give me my policy number when I was renewing my tabs - this place is great! Not to mention the competitive prices for greater than average insurance coverage! I am very pleased!

I have been working with Mike Thiesen for for about 6-8 months now in unusual circumstances of having to manage a friends insurance to managing my own insurance while moving states. Mike is on top of his work, very knowledgeable, gives the best advice, very kind, friendly and has helped with my transition and move. These people provide the best customer service.
