There is one person in the office worth talking to. I believe his name is Mark. Its not George and it most certainly isnt the rude lady that cant get anything right that answers the phone. we Have approx 15 policies with state farm and were treated like total crap. I was even told that I did not know the reason of my phone call to them that was not the reason that I should be calling them. The best thing Jim could do is restaff most of his office with people who know what the hell they are talking about and arent so rude. I have pulled everyone one of my policies with him. Pick someone else if you want good service you wont get it here
