After only one encounter with the "fly by night" insurance company of the person who hit my car, I called my State Farm office. Vanessa immediately jumped on it and State Farm took care of the repairs and rent car. Vanessa emailed me almost everyday to let me know the progress of my case. If I did know better, I would have thought I was her only client. Actually, she spoiled me rotten during this process. We have had State Farm insurance for 30 years or so. I will admit that a few times we shopped around for better rates, but we did not want to take a chance on any other insurance being hard to deal with. My experience with Vanessa reminded me that "you get what you pay for." We don't mind paying for the best. If I had not had State Farm and Vanessa by my side, I know my car would have not been repaired properly. I highly recommend Joe Byer's State Farm insurance in Little Elm.
