Extremely incompetent.... our agent Jennifer has been a financial nightmare. Several requests, via phone and in person to update contact info resulted in our policies being cancelled not once but twice. The first was caught before damages to our bank account with DMV. The second was not resulting in DMV fines of $3,500. Mysteriously almost 2mos later, Jennifer obtained the correct contact info when she wasn't paid for our policies. Her refusal to correct her costly negligent has resulted in us taking our insurance needs elsewhere. Avoid this agency!!!!
