I have had other insurance companies and other Statefarm agents. But John moorings office is by far the best. Chip is always helpful and will explain everything in great detail. The rest of the staff is phenomenal. I almost never give 5 stars but they have proven time and again that they have earned it.

Horrible service!! Transferred my insurance to a new agent and after waiting over a week on approval John told the new agent that I can wait until the following week because it was Friday and close to closing time and it wasn't the end of the world. We called at 4 pm. I didn't know that you don't do your job from 4-5! So for those of you that also have a morning job don't go to this agent as he doesn't work from 4-5 even though their hours of operation state otherwise.

It has been a long time since I have walked into an office that I felt like I was home. The staff was extremely kind and I felt so comfortable speaking to the agent. Not only was the experience welcoming and warm, we were shocked on how much we saved on our auto policy. Instead of automated calls and reps that you can barely understand where you literally feel like just a number, this office is made of caring people.
