Horrible service!! Transferred my insurance to a new agent and after waiting over a week on approval John told the new agent that I can wait until the following week because it was Friday and close to closing time and it wasn't the end of the world. We called at 4 pm. I didn't know that you don't do your job from 4-5! So for those of you that also have a morning job don't go to this agent as he doesn't work from 4-5 even though their hours of operation state otherwise.
