Went to buy my son car, was great experience, from start to finish first class

The John Roberts Nissan service center was great. I had a sensor go bad and the told me it would take 3-4 hours to fix. It only took them an hour and a half and they “squeezed” me into their schedule. Really impressive!!! The waiting room was clean and comfortable with free snacks and plenty to read.

My car wouldn't start and I was stuck in an unfamiliar area halfway between home and my destination. Erika talked me through what to expect before I arrived, kept me informed through the entire repair process, and was very friendly throughout. She is very knowledgeable and wants to help. Thankfully, they had the parts my car needed and found time to squeeze me in. I will need another Nissan in the next few years and would gladly drive back to Manchester to do business here. Thanks Erika!

My spare tire was not put back where it belongs. It was just thrown into the back cargo area.

I had an appointment at 10:30 to get my oil changed. I arrived at 10:15. There were several people in the customer seating area. It was 12:40 when they finally finished changing my my oil and replacing my battery And it cost me $203. I have always had my truck serviced there since I bought it. I noticed that I didn't recognize anyone in the service department since the last time I was there. They were polite and apologetic about the wait but I will go elsewhere or do it myself next time.

They are NOW no warning, appointment ONLY every day. Been coming here for 3 years no appointment necessary. Staff change, and a certain few of the new staff have been quite rude to myself and my wife.

They took my personal belongings (very personal) out of the glove compartment and left them on the back seat. After picking up my car I went to pick up my kids from school. I was not ready to explain or talk about the items they found. I wish the employees hadn't gone through my person things. And, I'm missing one of the items.
