Warning!!! Be careful when asking this agent for a quote. After receiving a quote from This agent I decided to stay with my current insurance which was a better deal. A few weeks later I received by mail 1 of those devices you plug in your car to monitor your driving it was send from nationwide with a policy number. I called the 800 number and they said I had a policy with this agent. I told them I only called for a quote and never authorized the policy. They transferred me to his office Mr. Scalley said it was a mistake and he would correct it. I asked him to send me a letter to that fact in case MVA ever question my insurance he said he would handle it. Instead of the letter I received a bill for 711.00 for the policy that I never authorized. I drove to his office and he was very rude and told me he was waiting for the cancelation to go threw. I asked how could he cancel a policy I never signed for or authorized. He very rudely told me to leave his office. This agent slammed a policy threw without my permission this is fraud be careful dealing with him.
