Absolutely the worst State Farm Agent in the country. I have been with this agent since 2001 and not one single time has Jon Klesner ever spoken to me. He has ignored my phone messages never returning calls. I have been with State Farm since continuously since 1973, so I do have some experience with the company. Jon Klesner sent me a form letter telling me that I no longer reside at one of the two homes I have insured with them. Had they taken just a moment to call, I would have been happy to explain to them that my car collection is still located in the 9 car garage at this property. I have not had a claim in this property since the policy was originated in 2001.All Jon Klesner does is play golf. In the nearly 14 years we have done business not one single time has he ever actually been in the office when we visited. I have no idea what Jon Klesner looks like.Perhaps this will get Mr. Klesner's attention and he will finally man up and give me a call.
