I've used State Farm for about the past 10 years. My agent had moved on to another job and my account got moved to Joyce's office. I'm extremely happy with how her office works and the people there are great to deal with. Anytime i need to ask questions about my policies or need information they do a great job with getting my answer and helping me out. I couldn't ask for better! Kerrie is usually the one i deal with and shes always been really helpful and kind. Thank you!

I switched from another agent over 15 years ago and we have been 100% happy with the service we have received. I have called with questions many, many times and have never had any issues. I've dealt with people in her office that I like better than others but that may be true in any place. I would recommend this office without hesitation.

I'm not generally one to blast someone/a company on the internet but at this point I have no choice. A complaint has been filed with the Illinois Insurance Board as well. Since October of 2013 I have received bills for nearly $150.00 for a homeowners policy I "had" through your office for 9/2013-12/2013. However, I have never used State Farm for homeowners insurance. The first time I called I was told it stemmed from an online quote I did in 8/2012. After speaking to a variety of people in your office 8 times I was assured over and over that this is a mistake and it would be handled immediately. After calling your office and corporate I get a different story every time. Sometimes the system shows nothing, other times it shows I owe this money. No one can provide me with signed policy documents (since I never signed anything because I DON'T HAVE A POLICY WITH STATE FARM). Today was the final straw- I received a letter stating that if it was not paid by 2/9/14 I'd be sent to collections. For a policy I NEVER had. Insane. I have dealt with this for 4 months. Wasted countless hours dealing with a situation that I shouldn't be in because of a mistake that someone at your office continues to make over and over again. I was kind and professional the first 3 times. At this point it is no longer a "mistake" on your part, it is fraud. I will be in the office tomorrow to have this resolved immediately or legal action will be taken. There is nothing professional about the way in which this has been handled. Get it together.
