Terrible service. They don't give you no discount after a year free from any thing. Then we moved to another insurer cuz they were much less. Then we informed them we're leaving. But for two cosecutive months, money was charged from our account without our knowledge. When we rushed to their office, they atatwds blaming each other It's a shame. They have a very bad customer service & miscommunication between themselves. It's a shame. One blames the other. I have a very bad Image of state farm on my mind because of them.

They have great customer service. If I ever have questions I can call Ingrid and she's always willing to help and work with me. Honestly, I've noticed that everyone in the agency is just as nice and they always get back to you in a timely manner. They make dealing with insurance easy!

I am very happy with this agency, especially with Ingrid, she helped me to tailor my life insurance based on my needs and budget, she took the time to talk to me and listen to my concerns and goals. This insurance agency is completely disorganized. First they issued two homeowners policies for the same address when there were obviously two separate properties. Then they failed to inform me that "quarterly billing" meant no auto-payment on the credit card that I I left on file with them. As a result, the homeowners policies lapsed. The owner of this agency, Juan Portillo, refuses to give out his cell phone number or take responsibility for their mistakes. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!
