I love this office, Mandy Mulich is who I work with directly and she is hands down the top of the line when it comes to insurance and customer care. She makes any questions and issues I have disappear in a snap. Honestly if it wasn't for Mandy and the care that I receive then I might have shopped around for insurance but I will stay where I am taken care of!

On multiple occasions, Julie and her team of “insurance specialists” failed to send me my insurance cards. Even after I called them, the cards never came. I bought a new vehicle and Kim said she would forward the insurance information to CarMax and never did. I’m certain I will need to call up there and have them send my new cards out because they are clearly preoccupied with something else.

I have been with Julie for over 10 years now and have never regretted the decision. Julie runs her office immaculately. I have never had to wait too long for a response and on the occasion that I did I was informed via email or phone as to the progression of my inquiry. Great Agent to work with.

Julie has always been fair and accommodating, not sure what the other comment is referring to. We have been with State Farm over over 20 years, 20 of those with Julie's office. We are offered an annual review of our policies and someone is always friendly and responsive to our needs via email, text or phone. Personally I do not want to talk to an 800 when I have a service question or claim, so State Farm is our choice. I give them an A++! Have recommended to family and friends and never heard a negative comment. Thank you Julie Stoll and her office!
