*DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY*I started renting a 3 bed and 2 bath trailer April 1, 2018. Come May the trailer was at a constant 85 degree or higher (with AC set to 68). We called them and they sent people to look at the AC unit. They all would come back with everything is fine. Once we figured out it was the ductwork that needed to be looked at they told us no because nothing was wrong with the AC unit itself. (I had a 2yr old and I was 5 months pregnant.) Well fast forward to July 17th. We get a called asking about rent. We told them we were moving because of the unjust living conditions. They gave us until end of August to get everything out. Come August 4th I had moved mosg of my stuff out and locked the door behind me. On August 5th someone broke it and trashed the place while also stealing items from the trailer (to include the fridge and stove). So we told them today (August 6th) what happened. They then tell us it's our responsibility to get everything fixed and returned. Then told us it is our problem and our fault. So we handed them the key and told them it is now their problem. I will never allow anyone I meet to rent from them. They are the worst and only care about the money.
