This agency office and most of the people I’ve dealt with here are very incompetent. I called and spoke to dan to cancel all my policies with State Farm on November 30th 2018. And State Farm deducted out of my checking account on December 8th without my consent. I have been receiving some checks trickling in the mail to compensate for the theft from my checking. I still have not received the full amount. And now February 2019 I get a cancelation notice for non payment of my home owners insurance. State Farm was supposed to cancel this policy on November 30th and pro rate my refund as I had paid to cover until February 2019. And I can’t even get Justin Knabe to call myself or my husband back. We have reached out by phone and email numerous times. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
