this company should have their contracts cut with Spectrum! very unreliable. scheduled aa appointment and they never called or showed up! in my book thats a RED FLAG! Either Bad management or Bad workers! AVOID!!!

Have failed to show up via their bright house contract 6 times now. 5 in a row. Didn't even call 2 of the times even when requested for a call twice failed to do so. When they did call second time was all excuses to show up several hours late despite their 2 hour window. Complete incompetence. All they were doing here was picking up a cable box too would take less than 5 minutes but too much work to show up anywhere near on time so have had to reschedule again and again and keep receiving these incompetent contractors and they keep failing to show up. Had a really good contractor that installed service of theirs but he seems to be the only competent employee of theirs. Very rude operator who ineveitably calls to tell you their gonna be later . Brighthouse neesa to cut their contract with these incompetent idiots!!

Failed to show up on scheduled appointment from Brighthouse. I had to reschedule the next day and they failed to show up again. RIDICULOUS!!! Brighthouse Networks need to cut their contract with this company!!!
