Never had a problem with this agency until this year. I purchased a new car in May and you’d think they do this all the time so they would be able to switch over with ease. Well when only one cars insurance came out that month I called. He said it was “his fault” that he “forgot” to add my new car on to my insurance policy so the correct amount would come out the following month. June come and NOTHING comes out of my account. I call he says that the paperwork isn’t finished so it will come out of my account the following month. I ask how much will come out of my account since it hasn’t this month or the month before. He says that he doesn’t know, and that he will call me the next day to discuss it. NEVER got a call back. I tried calling again, NEVER got thru. So I assumed that it would just me my normal insurance coming out. I look into my account this morning and $323 has come out of my account. First of all that is 60$ more that what should be added up. I was never informed of this. Zero communication. Do not do business with this insurance company if you don’t want ripped off.
