This company has the worst customer service. I got a fraud with my credit card, I call them the date they run my credit card (before the reservation date) and told them I did not reserve with them. They did not want to help and they run my credit car with $670 even though I explain. How do people do check in in this hotel? Do they ask for ID? Why they charge if I was not there? Careful !!
