As a Norwalk resident I attempted to recently obtain a quote at this agency. Initially they refused to give me a quote via email as their policy is to have all potential clients come in to discuss potential coverage's. After a couple of back and forth emails they finally agreed to email me a quote. I basically had to beg them to give me a quote as I simply did not have the time to come in. Furthermore, I've worked in the Insurance industry for quite some time and know the coverage's very well. During the chain of email the "advocate" was condescending and did not respect my wish not to come in. At the end their bid was higher then my current carrier and other competitors I've shopped around with recently. This was simply a pure waste of time.
