Karen and her staff give true meaning to the State Farm saying, "And like a good neighbor, State Farm is there". Her and her staff are always here for us when we need them and we truly appreciate all that they do for us. We recently had Darla help us with a vehicle loan and she made the process go very smoothly. If there were more than five stars I would give Karen and her team ten!

My wife and I have had coverage under State Farm since 1997, and have had Karen as our agent for at least the last 15 years. She is top notch professional, doesn't try to sell you on something you don't need, is very knowledgeable, and cares about her community. Her office staff are very friendly and have always been courteous, helpful and up to date with our coverage. It's nice to call and have someone recognize who you are. With Karen, and her folks, you are not just another number in their portfolio of clients.

Karen and her staff are very friendly and always willing to help. They go the extra mile to help you with your claims or problems. We have the hospital income plan and also our retirement funds with her. Karen takes the extra time to make sure we understand the policies and are getting a plan that is best suited for us. Over the years, she has continued to check with us as our needs change. We also use State Farm bank for our other financial needs and she has been very helpful in getting that set up for us.
