Horrible! I had been with State Farm for several years before I moved to Kansas and signed up with this office. They never had a clue about what was going on with my policy. My price would change (I would find out when the amount would be removed from my account, not before) and I would contact them, but they were never proactive in reaching out to me with information. There were always excuses for why they were out of the loop or just non-responsive. I've never had an agent that performed so poorly before. The worst agent I've had in the years I've driven and had insurance. They were totally useless. I gave them one star because I had to in order to post this review. Even after I left, they sent me only a fraction of my payment back, with no explanation of where the rest of the money went (I left about a week after paying for another month of coverage), and when I asked for an accounting, I was told "The refunds you have already received will be the only ones owed to you." With these people you aren't a customer, or even a person, just a pocket to be picked.
