I only speak with Brenda with my insurance concerns or when making a payment. She's professional and very friendly. If she's not available, I wait and call a little later or sit in the office patiently till she's available. I also like that the State Farm office is so conveniently located here in La Marque and easy to access.

Overall, I experienced amazing service from the staff. Purchasing life insurance was one of the best things I’ve done this whole year considering being a first time insurance buyer. I was more than pleased with the agent I spoke with, Victoria Luddington. She is an excellent agent and you can tell her expertise definitely lies within this wonderful business that she is apart of. Victoria was very welcoming, warm, kind, and extremely patient when going through the different options that I could choose from. With her knowledge, aware that I am a first time buyer, she was more than willing to help me choose the best option. I definitely recommend anyone who wants to buy insurance to ask for Victoria Luddington! I want everyone to have a great experience like I did. Definitely a 10/10!
