Van Horn Insurance helped me insure my engagement ring within two days of receiving it. I called my regular auto and renters insurance bundle company first - they took forever and ended up recommending that I use someone else because it was a specialty property insurance policy. The people at Van Horn Insurance were so helpful and easy to work with. It only took one phone call and email back and forth to get it taken care of. It is such a relief to know that if my ring was ever lost, stolen or damaged, I can call Van Horn Insurance and be able to talk to someone on the phone immediately without waiting on hold at a call center. I will definitely be switching over to Van Horn for my homeowners insurance and any other future insurance needs.

I had car insurance with them for a few months due to them being cheaper than my current insurance company.The staff here is very friendly but not very knowledgeable about the monthly payments. I called several times to this local office and was always told to call the 1-800 number for them to answer my questions,then once I decided to go back to my old insurance company, I was told by the 1-800 number to go to the local office.It was alot of back and forth,very confusing and not very knowledgeable.I think the company would be great if they had everyone on the same page.
