Do you value your time and appreciate a human taking your call? State Farm is literally the only show in town. If you can afford their appropriately priced rates, by all means, pay them. Johanna is the definition of a lady. Kent, I haven't personally met, but have spoke with him on the phone. He's a straight shooter and I look forward to shaking his hand soon. The old adage is as true today as it's ever been "you get what you pay for".
