I truly believe this specific location is operating in an unethical manner. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for insurance before you end up in a hit and run like my girl friend and they leave you out to dry on the claim after she had been a great loyal customer for over 10 years?! Seriously????She does not even know who her agent is anymore? This is unheard of to me. Every agent I have ever had (Never used KY Farm Bureau) checks in with me yearly to see if they can save me money.This place is the complete opposite. After reviewing what she has been paying for (the insurance products...), she has been completely taken advantage of.We will be getting lawyer involved as her car is left unsafe (headlight/turn signal were crushed in the hit and run) let alone the other damage the vehicle incurred. And yes, there is a police report and 2 witnesses to verify the hit and run was 100% not her fault.
