Overall Feedback:

Phenomenal service up until a few days ago.They cancelled my membership due to 2 fender benders (hardly ANY damage on the other car, sheer bad luck) and didn't give any warning. We had no previous incidents.Nobody called or sent a notification in the mail to let us know about the decision we only found out when we called to have the policy renewed.Absolutely ridiculous.
