Recently bought my first Home. Brandon Simpson got me a great rate on home insurance, quoted it very quickly and even got me a better rate on my cars than geico could do with bundling it together. Same coverage iv always had. Really friendly guy, He has stayed late to accommodate peoples schedules etc.

Was thinking of leaving KFB but had a wonderul experience with Ross Patterson today. Was very polite on the phone and had very prompt email responses. Will ask for him again next time.

I have been with them for around three years now. I have had to file a claim with them because of an accident. Everything they have done for us has been extremely professional, fast, and with care. I have had several different insurance companies in the past and to this day, not one compares to KY Farm Bureau. I would recommend them over any other insurance companies out there.

I know this branch is absolutely horrible. They are rude disrespectful and the are wannabe con artists. They are very unprofessional and need an attitude adjustment. I ihave been with kfb for awhile but not with this branch. I will never use them again. I will be reporting them to the BBB, and leaveing any review i possibly on any site i can to warn any new client they may recieve. So i repeat do not start an account with this branch they will try and take advantage of you any way how. Screw them....
