My brother bought this mattress and it caved in the first year or so. The company sent someone out, but they wouldn't do anything for him. So, now he has "a hotdog bunn" for a mattress.

Purchased 4 years ago. Horrible pain in the mornings after tossing and turning all night. I thought I had spinal cancer the way I woke up in excruciating pain each morning. Pulling muscles simple rolling over in the bed. I never realized a mattress could cause all these issues but it's true. I'm a nurse and I can't take anymore. The sales rep pushed this mattress. It was a discontinued model. Now I know why.

Horrible mattress. After just 30 days both sides of our King bed started to sag. We can't even sleep anymore and it's been only two months.

I might have to remplace all the mattress in my house now. My Kingsdown has changed my lfe, so comfortable, luxurious, supportive. I also bought an adjustable bed for the whole experience. Delivery and set-up were painless. Thanks kIngsdown. Highly recommend to everyone.

The manufacture is in process of rectifying my issue so I am removing my negative post.Update , after posting a google review Kingsdown replaced my mattress with a comfort exchange . Both Kingsdown and Goods Home Furnishings did a very good job changing my review to a 5 star. Love my new mattress. Thank You !!
