I too have been with this company for a few years ... my premium is pretty high considering I have never had a ticket or an accident and I am almost 60 years old ...Because I have a granddaughter that lives in my home they arbitrarily decided that she needed to be part of my insurance although they didn’t contact me to find out whether or not she should be ...they just decided on their own and put her on my insurance... they raised my premium by $130 monthly without ever contacting me although they said they did ..however I never received the piece of mail they said they sent me ... of course they blame the Postal Service ... when I asked to have her removed they denied the request ...now I personally believe that’s pretty rude considering she’s not my child .... they said I would have to PROVE that she’s on somebody else’s insurance ... I beg to differ... I don’t have to PROVE anything to anybody !!! When I asked to sign a paper saying that she would never drive my car they again denied it saying I would have to ...again that word “PROVE” that she was again on somebody else’s insurance... and again I don’t have to PROVE anything to anybody !!!! I’m not sure who these people think they are but first and foremost they ought to be ashamed of themselves!!! Second I’m pretty sure I woke up in America !!!! At least I believe I did !!!So Kirby insurance and selective insurance you can stick your insurance where the sun does not SHINE!!! policy CANCELLED 2 homes...autos and I guarantee any family members I will make sure close their accounts !!!!.... and thank you STATE FARM ...MR. KREMER AND HIS OFFICE for making it so easy to sign up with you !!!! And believing that my granddaughter does not drive my car !!!!... sure is nice to finally be appreciated !!!!
