When I needed to rebrand, I knew that I needed to work with Kitestring. I had followed them for years and was always so impressed by their unique creativity and involvement in the community.Before my rebrand, my organic skin care products were doing well when someone was selling them, but they weren't selling themselves on the shelf. I met with Kitestring and they started the market research. They were so thorough, even travelling to a few organic boutiques to see my competitors products, to try their products and even smell them to get the whole experience. They spent several weeks on my rebrand research, learning everything that they could about my industry in order to set me apart.My rebrand ended up being so beautiful, so unique and completely made my products stand out from the rest on shelves. After my rebrand, my product line sales almost tripled in sales within the first twelve months.Kitestring is so professional and always so prompt to respond to every email. I was really impressed with how they handled the whole project from beginning to end, and even now when I need help with designs for new products. When they first gave me my quote before we got started, I will admit that I thought it was high, but I went for it anyways.
