I honestly can not express the gratitude I have for the experience I had working with Eric and his team! I first should start off by saying that the task we unloaded on him was not an easy one by any means. Our site is not a conventional business site at all. We asked him to build a website for something that has never been done before. We are giving an entire Treehouse Resort away through a photo contest. As you can imagine the time and detail it took to put the correct submission forms together, having secure storage for all the photos, PLUS managing all these photos as they come in, stripping the meta data etc etc etc.Right from the beginning he had excellent and sound suggestions for everything we were explaining to him. He kept in contact throughout the entire process with updates and was always available for the many many questions we had. His expertise didn't stop at just the website build! Eric has phenomenal marketing skills as well. We have managed all the marketing for our business for the past 5 years and have done extremely well at it. However, Eric had suggestions and great pointers for marketing that we didn't even think of. He went above and beyond with every aspect of this contest, even beyond the website. He took the initiative and helped with every channel we have out there (YouTube, private email, Vimeo Etc.) The customer service experience I received is just icing on the cake, the website itself is nothing short of amazing! I couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else. I honestly believe that. I feel I should also add that when I was calling around the many, many different web development companies, Eric was the ONLY one who knew exactly what I wanted and knew he could it. I had others point blank tell me that what I was asking for, couldn't be done. His pricing is more than reasonable, if anything he didn't charge us enough for all that he did. Thanks again Eric for everything!

We went from dated to amazing! The experience of Krack Media from CFTEA has been incredible. From start to finish, the planning, support, communication, response, suggestions, training and end product were far beyond our expectations! As the executive director of CFTEA, the graphical ability, education and work was stellar. I highly recommend Krack Media and the team to tackle website projects! I knew a little about website design, but Krack Media really helped us leverage our website - so it became an experience! We continue to get positive feedback and when we have additional questions and/or assistance is needed they are right there. Response is incredible and working with Krack Media has exceeded expectations. As a small non-profit, our funds are limited and Krack Media set up a budget and project plan that met our critical needs and set us up for the next phase of our project.
