If 0 stars was a rating it would be applicable here. I still have no idea what in the heck is the purpose of this phone number, for starters the first time I tried contacting KTM North America it took 2 voicemails during buisness hours 3 other calls with out leaving a message, 2 emails and 4 days, FINALLY someone answered the phone, I've called 3 or 4 times over the past year pretaining to general inquires of my KTM, warranty fine print, color codes, and an attempted warranty claim, each time they directed me to my nearest dealer, fine, whatever I'll deal with the guys who are trying make more money from me, heres the truth, this phone number WILL NOT have ANY answers to questions about your dirtbike or warranty information. This number is useless. This time around, I spoke with my dealer FIRST they not having the information needed I did what any one would do, contact the manufacturer (KTM) who had ZERO and I mean absolutely zero "releasable" (KTMs words) information about the dirtbike they designed and built, again I repeat myself I have no idea what this phone number is for but I can tell you what its not for, INFORMATION, PARTNUMBERS, COLOR CODES for KTM motorcycles. Honda 450 here I come! Thanks for the horrendous customer support KTM this is my last one from you! Go mass produce some more time bombs on wheels (250sxf) thanks for nothing!
