Internet service is robbery. They adjust prices based on your location- and not due to whether they have the technology for a plan/price, but based on whether your address has any other options (Comcast or CenturyLink primarily). I am sure they have some loophole but it seems quite illegal as they're utilizing a very specific monopoly. I believe this is why no prices are listed online, rather you have to call and provide an address before you can get any pricing informstion. This company also has transfer caps and overage fees on home internet lol, this also was something that was done by sending a flyer to everyone saying these fees existed, it was not part of a contract. This company has no respect for its customer base and is trying to grab money as long as possible before they become irrelevant. If you're like me and find these practices reougnsnt, cancel your service and go with ANY other option. I have resorted to an unlimited cellular data plan and using it as a home hotspot (it is actually cheaper and faster!).
