The quality of the copies was definitely not acceptable. There were streaks from a poorly aligned cartridge and many of the words were smudged. The paper quality was poor and the entire job was over priced.

Nothing, we drove up a few minutes before 5:00 pm and the woman there said we are closed. We definitely knew she didn't own the store. Won't try it again!!!
