Lacritia has been a agent of mine for I think about 14 years.. when I go into the office it’s like home I stay there all day talk all day laugh all day and then take care of business.Lol. The World Best Insurance agent ever .. PS when you come into the office her secretary Tawanda greets you with a smile and she the best too.

Lacritia is not only committed to the product she sells but also to the customers she serves. She is knowledgeable in a wide range of insurance products and did the research to ensure I was getting the best rate offered. She is honest and fair which is why I trust her with my insurance needs. Her staff is amazing! They go the extra mile and then some to get my paperwork to me...signed, sealed, and delivered! Veronica has all but shown up on my front porch with paperwork to get my policies in proper order! (Honestly, I think if she had to she really would drive to my house! hahaha)I recommend the Lacritia Spence Agency for affordable coverage from a knowledgeable group!

I have had the pleasure of not only becoming one of Lacritia's clients, but I am a former employee and I must say, I learned a lot from her about insurance personally and professionally. She definitely knows what she is talking about when she meets with her clients and ensures that they are protected as much as possible. Lacritia Spence, is an awesome agent and runs a top notch agency. She follows up, sends reminders and makes good suggestions on products and services that State Farm has to offer. We currently have an IRA and Coverdale account to save for future college expenses. I have been a long time customer and customer service is the key to maintaining good customer relationships. I could not recommend a better agent in the Milwaukee Metro area. Great service and great follow up .
